Limitless Media Group is a content and marketing studio based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Limitless Media Group. Our website is limitlessmediagroup.ca.

What information we collect

Information you give us

When you complete a form on our website, contact us by email, or speak to us about working together, we may collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service you are interested in
• Any message or details you choose to send us

You control what you provide. If you would rather not share something, you can simply leave it out, though we may not be able to prepare an accurate plan or quote without it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical information automatically when you visit:

• Your IP address and general location, such as city or region
• Your browser type, device type and operating system
• The pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and the site you arrived from
• Cookie identifiers, as described below

Client content and materials

If you become a client, we may hold materials you provide so we can carry out the work, such as brand assets, logins you choose to share, product information and photographs. Account access is only ever used for the work you have asked us to do.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to keep the website working properly and to understand how it is being used.

• Essential cookies. Required for the website to function, including security and form submission.
• Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people move through the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
• Advertising cookies. If we are running advertising, we may use the Meta pixel or Google Ads tags to measure whether an advert led to an enquiry, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides, and you can adjust advertising preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare a plan and pricing for you
• Provide the services you have engaged us for
• Send invoices and manage payment
• Communicate with you about ongoing work
• Improve our website and understand which content is useful
• Measure whether our own marketing is working
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Marketing communication

If you enquire with us, we may follow up about that enquiry. We will only add you to any general marketing list if you have asked to be added. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we act on those requests promptly. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing us.

Who we share information with

We share information only where it is necessary to run our business, and only with providers who are bound to protect it. These may include:

• Our website host and website infrastructure providers
• Email and communication providers
• Analytics providers, such as Google
• Advertising platforms, such as Meta and Google, where we are running campaigns
• Payment and accounting providers
• Scheduling and project management tools used to deliver client work

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Some of these providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that is the case, your information may be processed in and subject to the laws of that country.

Content, photography and video

Our work involves producing photography and video, often at client premises. Where people appear in content we produce, we rely on the client to obtain any consent needed from staff, customers or other individuals before filming. If you appear in content we have produced and you would like it removed from our own channels, contact us and we will deal with it.

We may showcase work we have produced in our portfolio, on social media and in proposals, unless a client has asked us in writing not to.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. We keep client records for as long as the relationship continues, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed we delete it or render it anonymous.

How we protect information

We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our website uses an encrypted connection, access to accounts and files is restricted to people who need it, and we use reputable providers for storage and communication.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurred that created a real risk of significant harm, we would notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask for a copy of that information
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information, subject to legal and contractual limits
• Ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep
• Complain to us, and to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

To exercise any of these, email Hello@limitlessmediagroup.ca. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our website links to other sites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we recommend reading their policies before providing information to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
